2010年01月24日，浙江大学企业家经理人高峰论坛在萧山第一世界大酒店进行，颐高集团董事长翁南道先生受邀参加这次活动，并发表了《关于商业地产模式创新》的主题演讲。翁总毕业于浙江大学计算机系，在11年的创业历程中，他经历了商业地产的巨大变化，他用发生身边的故事来阐述商业地产的发展和模式创新，引起了与会嘉宾的共鸣。
在随后的浙江大学企业家经理人同学会杭州分会换届选举中，翁总全票当选为新一届的杭州同学会会长，并且接受了其他分会的贺礼，翁总表示：一定会把这届的同学会做好，为同学，为浙大，为社会做出贡献！
